Management of traumatic emergencies

The learner should be able to:

• Provide first aid for trauma victim
• Provide first aid for trauma limb
• Control external hemorrhage owing to a wound or limb amputation
• Manage cutaneous burn
• Manage eyes trauma

• Manage of a person who is a victim of an accident which has caused a trauma of limb in the workplace
• Manage of a person who is a victim of an accident which has caused a trauma with external hemorrhage in the workplace
• Manage of a person who is a victim of an accident which has caused upper limb burn in the workplace
• Manage of a person who is a victim of an accident which has caused an eye trauma with incrustation of a foreign body.
