Ms Marwa Naimi was an English teacher for 3 years in different language centers (Quebec Center, IT Kids Center) for and private schools (“RANIM School” and “NAJEH School”). In these roles, she provided educational follow-up for learners and trained beginners in collective and individual training sessions. Her experience in administration working as an assistant in a company of scientific documentation gave her the exposure she needed for her current role at the Medical Simulation Center. In her current role of an Office Manager at the Medical Simulation Center, she ensures the smooth functioning of daily activities of the center. For example, for the medical workshops held daily, she verifies the presence of both learners and facilitators, and coordinates the process of feedback and evaluation. She also maintains, develops and implements office services and policies and organizes office operations and procedures. She is responsible for scheduling programs, managing contacts and stakeholders, coordinating with other services, and coordinating meetings for administrative and medical staff. She has also participated in medical simulation workshops to learn the basics of medical simulation education and teaching. This has helped her in having a basic knowledge and understanding of simulation techniques. She is involved in documentation support as well as quality control procedures of the simulation activities at the Center.
