Her role encompasses a wide range of administrative responsibilities, including the preparation and distribution of essential documents, such as training programs, course materials, attendance sheets, evaluation forms, and certificates. She also maintains meticulous documentation through classification and archiving, ensuring accessibility and compliance with accreditation standards. Marwa also plays a key role in the digital presence and data management of the center. She is responsible for maintaining and updating the MSC website, ensuring that all relevant content—including web pages, images, videos, and workshop programs—is current and accurate. Additionally, she oversees the development and management of the MSC databases, ensuring seamless access to critical information. Her expertise extends to data analysis, where she collects and processes pre- and post-test results using SPSS software, adheres to trainers’ grading guidelines, and calculates students’ scores.
