Biography

With over six years of dedicated service at the Honoris Medical Simulation Center (MSC), Marwa Naimi has consistently demonstrated exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail, ensuring the smooth daily operations of the center. She efficiently manages office supplies, coordinates with various departments, and oversees financial procedures related to continuous training in collaboration with clinics. Her role encompasses a wide range of administrative responsibilities, including the preparation and distribution of essential documents, such as training programs, course materials, attendance sheets, evaluation forms, and certificates. She also maintains meticulous documentation through classification and archiving, ensuring accessibility and compliance with accreditation standards. Marwa also plays a key role in the digital presence and data management of the center. She is responsible for maintaining and updating the MSC website, ensuring that all relevant content—including web pages, images, videos, and workshop programs—is current and accurate. Additionally, she oversees the development and management of the MSC databases, ensuring seamless access to critical information. Her expertise extends to data analysis, where she collects and processes pre- and post-test results using SPSS software, adheres to trainers’ grading guidelines, and calculates students’ scores. She further supports the center by conducting statistical analyses, including descriptive and comparative studies of workshops, and contributes to docimological analysis in collaboration with the MSC scientific committee. Her contributions to academia are noteworthy, as she assists Honoris students with their graduation projects related to medical simulation, providing data-driven insights and translating analyses into English. She also actively revises and translates academic articles, ensuring precise and professional translations between French and English. In addition to her administrative and academic contributions, Marwa manages the MSC’s social media presence on Facebook and LinkedIn in collaboration with the marketing team. She is also deeply involved in the digitalization of workshops, ensuring comprehensive documentation of feedback, satisfaction surveys, administrative processes, and performance assessments.
