Ms. Marwa Naimi has been an English teacher for three years in various language centers and private schools. In these roles, she provided follow-up educational support to learners and training to beginners on a collective and individual basis. The experience she gained from working as an administrative assistant in a company that specialized in scientific documentation prepared her for her current position at the Medical Simulation Center. She is currently employed as an Office Manager at the Medical Simulation Center where she ensures smooth functioning of the center's daily operations. As well as maintaining, developing, and implementing office policies and services. Ms. Marwa Naimi manages the MSC website, ensuring all necessary information is included and that website content is up to date and accurate, including web pages, images, videos, posts, articles, and workshop schedules. As part of her responsibilities at the MSC center, she is responsible for using, developing, and updating its databases, as well as conducting descriptive and comparative analyses of workshop data. The other part of her work involves assisting honors students with their graduation projects relating to simulation. She provides the students with data and descriptive analysis and translates the data into English. In addition, she assists in the revision and translation of articles in English, including accurate translations, converting written documents from French to English, and revising the written documents in English as needed. Ms. Marwa Naimi has also participated in medical simulation workshops to learn the basics of medical simulation education and teaching. This has helped her gain a basic knowledge and understanding of simulation techniques. She is involved in documentation support as well as quality control procedures of the simulation activities at the Center.
