Mrs. Sawsen Rahmeni began her career as a senior anesthesia technician, working from 2003 to 2011 in the operating room at the Mohamed Kassab Institute of Orthopedics. Her experience in a hospital setting allowed her to gain expertise in applying anesthesia techniques, patient monitoring, and managing complications. Alongside her clinical practice, she also participated in the supervision of anesthesia and resuscitation students. In 2012, she transitioned into paramedical education, using her expertise to train students in anesthesia-resuscitation and nursing sciences. Committed to continuous improvement, she pursued a Master’s degree in Critical Care and also obtained a Master’s degree in Science Didactics. Convinced of the importance of innovative approaches in healthcare training, Mrs. Rahmeni earned a Certificate of Complementary Studies (CEC) in Medical Simulation in 2020 and a Certificate of Complementary Studies (CEC) in Digital Simulation in 2021. She regularly participates in specialized training sessions, workshops, seminars, and conferences focused on pedagogical innovation in the paramedical field.
